국문초록

본 논문은 붓다의 최초 교설인 사성제와 아함경의 붓다의 위기사례를 접목하여 불교적인 위기상담법을 정립하고자하는 의도와 목적이 있다. 즉 인간의 위기로 나타나는 현상적인 고통의 차 원 그 너머의 원인과 이유를 알고 해결하는 방법을 통해 ‘인간의 진정한 행복과 안락’을 향해 나아가는 불교적 대답을 구하기 위한 하나의 시도이다. 그 구체적인 목적은 다음의 세 가지로 요약할 수 있다.

영문초록

This research considered the essence of the crisis and the methods to be free from the crisis by connecting the subject 'Crisis' with practical examples on the crisis in Agama and Buddha's Four Noble Truths of the Suffering(dukkha), the Cause of Suffering(samudaya), the Cessation of Suffering(Nirodha) and the Noble Path to the Cessation of Suffering(Marga). The following is the summary of our researches studied previously. Firstly, the causes of the crisis can be considered with the Suffering(dukkha) and the Cause of Suffering(samudaya) of Buddha's Four Noble Truths. Since the sufferings are experienced from the appropriate conditions and then also disappeared from the appropriate conditions, the sufferings does not have a native real nature and form. The relationships between sufferings and desire(tanha) are the mutual dependent law of cause and effect of the conditioned arising. So they show the consciousness-concomitant of the deeds(karma) and the natural inevitable outcomes, and contain the conditioned dharmas of the formlessness(animitta), the suffering and the selflessness(anatta). To change the desire to the positive energy, it needs upright insights to check the origin of the crisis. Secondly, the settlements and the solutions of the settlements of the crisis can be considered with the Cessation of Suffering(Nirodha) and the Noble Path to the Cessation of Suffering(Marga) of Buddha's Four Noble Truths. The insights on the deeds made from the actions of the subjective men or women and the respondence of the objects, and the perfect sense of the selflessness are needed for the settlements of the crisis. The solutions of the settlements of the crisis can be considered with The Three Learning of the cultivation of ethical purity(moral precept, discipline), the meditative stabilization and the training in wisdom. The author confirmed that the best counselor Buddha insighted the sufferings of the clients via their ethical purity, cured them via their meditative stabilization and guided their changes and developments via their wisdoms. Also the author confirmed that the clients surmounted the sufferings of the mundane world and enjoyed the calmness and the happiness of the spiritual world with practicing The Noble Eightfold Truth. The Noble Eightfold Truth is a way to be practiced and The Three Learning is a formula to see the results practiced in a commonly accepted idea. That is, The Noble Eightfold Truth is for clients and The Three Learning is the basic frame for the counselors to analyze the clients. First of all, the cultivation of ethical purity(moral precept, discipline) are perfect speech, perfect conduct and perfect livelihood which are the basic foundation to grasp the client's desire and suffering. The religious precepts are the life of clients and clients themselves. And next, the meditative stabilization is the therapy program of counselors. The counselors help the clients transfer practical subjects which they attached from the mundane world methods to the spiritual methods and then concentrate on them. That is, they are perfect effort, perfect mindfulness and perfect concentration. Lastly, the training in wisdom is change and growth in the client himself and right view and right thinking are belong to it. That is, the training in wisdom is a kind of a certificate of qualification, which is a kind of fruits obtained after seeing rightly and thinking rightly the real world. Like this, the items of The Noble Eightfold Truth parallelling with the cultivation of ethical purity, the meditative stabilization and the training in wisdom of The Three Learning work to clients as a practical ethics and may be considered as nice tools for counselors help the clients from the suffering and crisis.
