본 논문에서는 기존의 국내 스마트폰 용 부동산 중개 서비스를 참고하여, 사용자가 증강현실과 위치기반 서비스를 접목한 서비스를 통해 부동산 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 서비스가 디자인되고 있으며, 이를 구현한 사례를 소개한다.
The paper suggests a novel mobile of real estate service utilizing AR(augmented reality) and location based service for smart-phone environment. The real estate service provides useful information of real estate with users and increases user\'s satisfaction of real estate mediation which is combined with AR and location based features. We propose a design scheme of the real estate service for a smart-phone and implement an application program for iphone that consists of five sub-components, AR-based screen, list-based screen, environment setup screen, and calculator screen.
