This study was conducted to enhance reliability of the comprehensive student model and contribute to normalizing public education by exploring the rational operation of the current university admission model. The main research tasks focused on developing more relevant assessment elements and developing objective application plans that should be included in the qualitative assessment.
To this end, I have researched through the process of reflecting future society and university human resources on the basis of research on the feasibility of improvement, review of assessment elements of major universities, and consultation of experts at schools and universities.
During the course of the study, the most important focus was on the development of assessment tools, which would ensure the adequacy, reliability, objectivity and practicality of assessment tools, while simplifying the assessment process as much as possible. It was decided that this would enable the rational operation of the comprehensive student body model.
Through this assessment, the assessment elements were decided on five categories: ‘academic integrity’, ‘developability , ‘laborability , ‘self-directivity and ‘community consciousness . A total of 15 evaluation indicators were established for each assessment item. In addition, by presenting the application method together through a survey, the research results were to be used more efficiently.
