The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between ego-state of transactional analysis and vocational interest types, and to grasp the features of vocational world based on the TA ego-state profiles. This research performed through four stages, such as devise, specialist meeting, Delphi survey, data analysis and synthesis. Job lists and survey items were made through literature reviews in the devise stage. Research method was specified by appointing specialist council meeting in the specialist meeting stage. In the survey stage, total three Delphi survey was performed after organizing Delphi panels. The data that gathered through Delphi method on 63 final vocations finally analyzed and reliability and validity of the results identified in the data analysis and synthesis. According to the analysis, high agreements were revealed in the relationship between NP ego-state and social type, and FC ego-state and artistic type. 9 ego-state profile captured related the vocational interest types and several vocational classification features identified. Implications and limitations on career and vocational counseling were discussed based on the results.
