This study is to examine the status of private certificate in social service sectors, especially Psychological Support Services for Childhood and Adolescence. This study conducted an survey on the issuing institutions to analysis status of private certificate. The results are as follows. For the lowest level, most issuing institutions have been issued a few certificates and a few institutions has been issuing ten or more certificates. Among them, the field of psychological counseling has constituted more than 50 % of the whole certificates. Some of them have been unrelated to psychological counseling. Most of them have had no minimum educational standard or high school or lower has been criteria for it. Also, 81.4% of them have had no expiration date. From above, it has been in easy condition to get a certificate on Psychological Support Services for Childhood and Adolescence. Based on the above findings, this study suggests reinforcement counseling psychology curriculum, research on certificate issuing institution, and designation of required courses.
