교과 교육과정 문서의 구성 요소는 성격, 목표, 내용 체계, 교수·학습 방법 및 평가로 이루어진다. 제4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 미래 사회에서 요구되는 인재 육성을 위한 교육 내용 및 방법의 다양화가 모색되는 가운데, 학교교육에서도 이러한 노력들은 국가 교육과정 연구로 이어진다. 그러나 미술과 교육과정의 경우 교수·학습 방법 관련 연구는 한국교육과정평가원 의 2002년 연구에 준하고 있어 새로운 제안이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 차기 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 미술과 교수·학습 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 교수·학습, 교수·학습 방법(모형, 기법 포함) 관련 선행 연구 및 최근 대학교수를 위하여 제안된 교수법을 살펴보았으며, 2015 개정 교육과정 총론 및 15개 교과별 교육과정에서 제시하고 있는 교수·학습 방법 간 차이점을 비교하고, 제1차부터 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정에 제시된 교수·학습 방법의 특징을 분석 하였다. 그 결과, 차기 교육과정 개발을 위한 미술과 역량별 교수·학습 방법을 제안하였으며, 가장 중점적인 교수 학습 방법 을 선정하였다. 급변하는 사회·문화적 측면에 대한 관심과 미래 사회를 대비할 미술교육의 방향에 따른 교수·학습 방법을 반영한 본 연구가 차기 교육과정 개정을 위한 의미 있는 기초 연구로 활용되기를 기대한다.
The components of national curriculum documents consist of characteristics, goals, contents, instructional methods and assessment. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the diversity of education contents and methods for human resource development required in future society is needed, and these efforts lead to national curriculum research. However, most of the studies on instructional methods in art education relied on the research conducted by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) in 2002. The purpose of this study was to suggest instructional methods as a basic research for the development of the next national art curriculum. For this purpose, researches on existing and brand-new instructional methods were reviewed. In addition, every subjects’s instructional methods of the current national curriculum and national art curriculums from the 1st through 2015 were investigated. As a result, it was suggested that the instructional methods related to the core competencies in art education for the next national curriculum, and explained the most important one. It is expected that this study would serve as a meaningful basic study for the upcoming curriculum.
