본 연구의 목적은 기존에 수행했던 다문화교육프로그램에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 다문화 준사례관리자 양성을 위해 지역 원주민과 이주민이 함께 참여하는 통합교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 평가하는 것이다. 지역 원주민·이주민 연구참여자 44명을 대상으로 프로그램을 주1회로 5주간 실시하고 그 효과성 분석을 위해 사전-사후 비교 연구방법을 활용하였다. 양적분석 결과, 첫째, 원주민과 이주민 집단의 다문화 인식은 두 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화적 역량과 사례관리준비도에 대한 효과성 검증에서는 전체 원주민 및 이주민, 그리고 이주민 집단은 사전점수에서는 두 집단 간 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 사후 검사에서는 두 집단 간 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 셋째, 프로그램 만족도 조사에서 평균 4.28의 높은 만족도를 드러냈다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 향후 프로그램 개발을 위한 개선방안을 제안하였다.
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the integration program by former inhabitants and immigrants which was developed by analysing the previous multicultural programs as well as case management training program. The program was administered with 44 participants for 5 sessions once a week. The quantitative analyses have been utilized by evaluating paired pre-post test differences with comparison by control group As the result, it was found that there was a significant difference in multicultural awareness between two groups. And there was significant difference of the level of preparation for case management between two groups in the post test. It was also found that the participant expressed a high level of satisfaction with the program overall(m=4.28/5.0). With the positive evaluation about the program by the participants like these, it appeared that their multicultural acceptance and cultural competence have been apparently approved.
