This study is a Phenomenological study on the structure of child care to the age of adult caregivers with severe developmental disabilities in adulthood, and the data analysis used Colaizzi s empirical methods and the researchers conducted in depth-interview participants. The result as follows : we found 24 themes and 8 theme cluster. We describe context in, process, and outcome categories. In this study, the theme clusters was found to be a companion to be weighed down by the weight of care, to go to the next world, to take care of the isolationist hall, to a long tunnel of hopelessness, to an extreme position, to a self-preservation regiment, to the basis of self-existence, and to encounter in the rugged path of punishment. The researchers concluded that the care of the adult with severe developmental disability a painful to parents but at the same time on the reasons and grounds of self-existence, the discussion of self-preservation in participants, And discussed cooperative care.
