The research aimed to investigate the effects of solution-focused group art therapy on foreign workers ego-resilience. For the study, foreign workers living in U Metropolitan City who have acquired working visa(E-9) and worked in Korea for over 6 months were recruited. Presidents or board members of the companies agreed on the art therapy, and 20 foreign workers with low ego-resilience(ego-resilience points below 34) decided to participate in the research program and submitted agreement regarding the use of their art works and information. The program was conducted 11 times in total, for 90 minutes twice a week from January 2017 to February 2017. The research subjects were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 10 subjects each, respectively. For Data processing, the SPSS 20.0 program was employed for independent sample t-test to explore the pre-homogeneity of the experimental group and control group. As for changes in ego-resilience by group and sub-factor, repeated measure ANOVA was conducted. Moreover, scale question tests that subjectively evaluated goal accomplishment and change in problem-solving ability were performed during the first, sixth, and 11th program. As a result, the solution-focused group art therapy had positive effects on improving the foreign workers ego-resilience.
