본 연구는 장애인복지관 이용자와 종사자의 미래사회에 대한 장애인복지관 변화인식의 기대에 관한 영향요인을 분석하여 미래사회에 대비하는 장애인복지관의 변화에 초석이 되는 기초연구이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시와 경상남도 소재 10개 장애인복지관 이용자와 종사자 417명을 대상으로 다변량 회귀분석모델을 통계분석을 하였다. 그 결과 장애인복지관 이용자들은 남성일수록, 최신기술을 활용한 삶에 대한 관심도가 높을수록, 최신기술을 활용한 삶에 대한 불안도가 높을수록 미래 장애인복지관의 변화를 긍정적으로 기대했다. 장애인복지관 종사들은 4차 산업혁명 준비 수준이 높을수록, 최신기술을 활용한 삶에 대한 관심도가 높을수록, 최신기술을 활용한 삶에 대한 저항이 낮을수록 미래 장애인복지관의 변화를 긍정적으로 기대한다고 나타났다. 이를 토대로 장애인복지실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
This study sees the expectation of the change of the welfare center of disabled people to the future society of the disabled welfare workers and users. It is a basic research thatis a cornerstone of the change of the welfare center for the disabled to prepare for the future society by analyzing the influence factors. For this purpose, statistical analysis was performed on multivariate regression analysis model for 417 workers and users of 10 disability welfare centers in Busan and Gyeongsangnamdo thorough using SPSS. As a result, the users of the Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities were expecting the change of the Welfare Center for the Disabled in the future as the higher the interest in life using the latest technology and the more anxiety about life using the latest technology. The welfare workers of the disabled showed that the higher the level of preparation for the fourth industrial revolution, the higher the interest in life using the latest technology, the lower the resistance to life using the latest technology. Based on this, suggested practical implications of social welfare for the disabled.
