The study is about the continuance of career of corporate education instructor. The questionnaire
survey was conducted on corporate education instructors. The results of the study are as follows;
First As a condition for selecting the corporate education instructors, it was recognized as the first
instructor s previous education evaluation, the second instructor age, the third instructor’s social
status and fame. Second, 30.9% considered the turnover of corporate education instructors, and 61.5%
recognized the difficulty of maintaining career. This shows that it is not easy to pursue career rather
than career change as a corporate education instructor. Third, among the corporate education
instructors, women, 40s, outside instructors, graduate masters graduates, average income of 300 ~ 700
million won per month, and 5 ~ 10 years lecturer were more likely to consider turnover or difficult
to maintain career. Fourth, corporate training instructors chose the lack of human networks as the
most important factors for the continuance of career. Next, the lack of professionalism as a lecturer
(education, qualification, lecture technique, etc.), the instructor responded to the lack of jobs. Finally,
the instructor who perceives that there is no continuity barrier is higher in career commitment and
job satisfaction. Job stress was low. Based on the results of this study, we tried to provide basic
data and suggestions for follow - up study of continue the career of corporate education instructors.
