In order to prepare for the fourth industrial era at the same time as the development of science and technology, creative and open-minded people are needed. This study is one of the desirable ways to create a meaningful educational environment for promoting diverse expressions and creativity, and aims to explore an effective approach by looking at the impact of integrated art activities using famous painting appreciation and picture books on creative picture expressiveness and language expressiveness. The research target was for 20 infants aged 4 to participate in integrated art activities using meditation and picture books twice a week for five weeks. The results from this study are as follows: First, it was shown that integrated art activities using meditation appreciation and picture books had a positive effect on the creative representation of infants. In the sub-factor of creative picture expressive power, both expressive attitude and expressiveness have been improved meaningfully. Second, integrated art activities using meditation appreciation and picture books were found to have a positive effect on the language representation of infants. The concordance of content in the storytelling area, which is a sub-factor of language expression, the number of sentences, the number of words and the association of words in the storytelling area, and the creative expression all improved meaningfully. As a result, the integrated art activities, using masterpieces and picture books, suggest that they are meaningful educational activities in the development of creative picture presentation and language presentation skills of infants.
