Humanistic physical education is a process of understanding physical education that pays attention to the essence, not the phenomenon, and is not a humanistic physical education based on domain humanism or methodological humanism. It is a human physical education that reflects the process of communication and integration of the mental and divine values related to the fundamental self before the movements made through the body. The fundamental value of physical education is in the immutable understanding of human body and nature, and movement is the manifestation of physical education in the process of understanding. We express our inner self through various types of movements, and the reflection on the inner nature through movements is the ultimate value and direction of human physical education.
