This study aimed to investigate the kindergarten teachers dilemmas about socialization and individuation, the topics of tension repeatedly discussed had been continuously appeared in discussion of in education. For this study, 10 kindergarten teachers participated and had in depth interview, from September 4, 2018 to October 23, 2018 as the main data collection methods. The results of this study are as follows. The teachers dilemmas can be broadly categorized into axiological dilemmas, methodological dilemmas, and structural dilemmas. Axiological dilemmas means the dilemmas that had to do with the instructions or educational purposes. Methodological dilemmas were related to achieving educational purposes. Structural dilemmas were the dilemmas related to the realization of what the teachers had in mind. The results of the study showed that it is necessary to use the discussion of these issues as educational opportunity in terms of the relativity of values, and it is also necessary to expand the discussion on these issues, moving away from the view of positivism.
