The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the empowerment of the worker in Sheltered Workshop on job satisfaction as one of the measures to increase the job satisfaction of the worker in Sheltered Workshop and verify mediative effects of Organizational Commitment in the effective relations. The subject is the worker in Sheltered Workshop. For the analysis of statistical investigation, stepwise regression analysis was conducted with SPSS 22.0. As a result of analysis, The more of empowerment of the worker in Sheltered Workshop improved job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment which is mediative variable showed positive effects. In addition, Organizational Commitment of the worker in Sheltered Workshop improved job satisfaction. The mediative effects of Organizational Commitment between empowerment and job satisfaction of the worker in Sheltered Workshopwere verified to show in self – determination among the sub-variables of empowerment . Therefore, it’s necessary to find various means to enhance the measures to improve of the worker in Sheltered Workshop self – determination and Organizational Commitment so as to improve job satisfaction of the worker in Sheltered Workshop. Based on the results of this study, it was proposed to increase the job satisfaction of the worker in Sheltered Workshop.
