본 연구는 대학생의 부모애착과 진로태도성숙, 자아분화, 진로결정 자기효능감 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 서울과 경기도, 충청남도와 충청북도에 소재한 4개 대학의 대학생들을 대상으로 2019년 3월 9일부터 4월 2일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 261부를 배부하여 응답이 불성실한 설문지 6부를 제외하고 총 255부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 통계분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구조모형 검증으로 본 변인 간 직접효과는 부모애착에서 자아분화로, 자아분화에서 진로결정 자기효능감으로, 그리고 진로결정 자기효능감에서 진로태도성숙으로 가는 경로에서만 유의했다. 둘째, 부트스트랩 검증으로 본 변인 간 간접효과는 부모애착이 자아분화와 진로결정 자기효능감을 순차적인 매개로 하여 진로태도성숙에 이르는 경로에서만 유의했다. 이는 수정모형 검증을 통해서도 동일하게 제시되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여, 부모와의 높은 애착관계를 경험한 대학생이 자아분화를 높게 지각하고, 자아분화를 높게 지각하는 대학생이 높은 진로결정 자기효능감을 가지고 있어서 높은 진로태도성숙을 기대할 수 있음을 확인했다. 이에 진로상담 현장에서도 진로태도성숙을 위해서 대학생의 부모애착과 자아분화, 그리고 진로결정 자기효능감의 순차적인 향상을 돕는 것이 효과적일 것이다.
Objectives: The objective of this study is to identify the structural relationship among parental attachment, career attitude maturity, self-differentiation, and career decision-making self-efficacy of college students. Methods: For this purpose, a survey was conducted from March 9th to April 2nd, 2019 on college students from four universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, South Chungcheong Province, and North Chungcheong Province. A total of 255 questionnaires was analyzed, and for statistical analysis, the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs were used. Results: The results of the study are as follows: First, the direct effects from parental attachment to self-differentiation, from self-differentiation to career decision-making self-efficacy, and from career decision-making self-efficacy to career attitude maturity are all statistically significant. Second, the indirect effect from parental attachment to career attitude maturity through the sequential mediation of self-differentiation and career decision-making self-efficacy is well identified. Conclusions: The results suggests that it is important for career counselors to help college students look back on their parental attachment, differentiate themselves from their family, and improve their career decision-making self-efficacy consecutively so that they have a high level of career attitude maturity.
