본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 지각한 부․모애착과 자기분화가 성적 자기주장에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 또 부․모애착과 성적 자기주장의 관계에서 자기분화의 조절효과를 분석함으로써 대학생의 안전한 성행동의 보호요인이 되는 성적 자기주장을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구의 참여자는 대학생 남자 173명, 여자 164명이며 자기보고식 설문방식으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 차이 검증에서 성적 자기주장과 자기분화는 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 부․모 애착은 부․모의 결혼상태에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 부․모애착과 자기분화가 성적 자기주장에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였고 정서적 융합이 성적 자기주장에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인이었다. 마지막으로 부․모애착과 성적 자기주장의 관계에서 자기분화는 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 성적 자기주장능력 향상을 도울 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 교육 등 상담현장에서 필요한 실질적인 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Objectives: This study investigates the effects of attachment with parents and self-differentiation on sexual assertiveness, along with the regulation effect of self-differentiation in the relationship of attachment with parents and sexual assertiveness among college students. Methods: The participants of this study were 173 male and 164 female college students, and the data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire method. Results: Results show that there are significant differences in the level of sexual assertiveness across genders, in the level of attachment with parents across parental marital status, and in the level of some subfactors of self-differentiation across genders. Multiple regression analysis results indicate that emotional fusion is the most powerful predictor of sexual assertiveness. Furthermore, the relationship between attachment with their parents and sexual assertiveness is mediated by self-differentiation. Conclusions: The study concludes that the results would suggest some useful basic data for education and counseling with college students to improve their sexual health.
