This study analyzed the present situation and problems of the curriculum of music college as a basic research for educational innovation of music college. Then, based on music job classification, the research suggests a subject that can be applied to current curriculum. Furthermore, the research derives the prioritization of the curriculum through experts’ ratings regarding the utilization of four assessment items (importance, urgency, ease of execution, prevalence). Through interviews with experts, that is able to deeply examine the curriculum, career education, and the students and professors of the music college. In addition, priority evaluation result shows that Performance-events planning, understanding the arts profession, media and arts, arts & cultural contents business, audition practice, record planning and practice, self promotion has been derived.
