This study attempted to identify the evidence based practice students with learning disabilities or with underachievement in mathematics. by analyzing the quality and effect size of intervention studies that were published from January 2006 to September 2019. The results of this study were following: First, according to the quality analysis, there were 8 studies which met the standards for evidence-based practices. Second, the effect size of the studies was larger than .81. Third, the numbers of studies are not enough to determine the evidence based practices for students with learning disabilities and with underachievement in mathematics. And the implications of the results were discussed.
