본 연구는 청소년의 도박행동에 영향을 미치는 상관요인들의 영향력을 문제행동이론에 기반하여 위험요인과 보호요인으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. 2000년부터 2018년 8월까지 국내에서 수행된 연구 중 선정기준에 따라 총 29편이 선정되었고, 위험요인 14개 변인 103개 효과크기, 보호요인 10개 변인 48개의 효과크기, 인구사회학적 요인 4개 변수 18개의 효과크기가 최종 메타분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과 위험요인으로는 개인수준에서 도박동기, 비합리적 도박신념 등의 순으로, 환경수준에서는 주변의 도박자 수와 가족갈등의 순으로 효과크기가 나타났다. 보호요인으로는 개인수준에서 자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 자기통제력 순으로, 환경수준에서는 가족원간의 정서적 유대, 긍정적 대인관계 순으로 효과크기가 나타났다. 또한 청소년 도박행동에 있어 위험요인보다는 보호요인의 효과크기가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 인구사회학적 요인으로는 연령이 유일하게 유의미한 효과크기를 보였으며 요인군별 이질성에 대해 조절효과 분석을 실시하였다.
In this study, systematic review and meta-analysis were performed in order to identify the variables related with adolescent gambling behavior in a multi-dimensional way by dividing each of the influencing factors into protection and risk factors. Total of 29 research papers performed in Korea from the year 2001 to 2018 August 30th were selected, and 14 variables, 103 effect size data regarding risk factors, 10 variables, 48 effect size data regarding protection factors were used in final meta-analysis. As a result of the analysis, the biggest effect size is respectively gambling motivation, number of close gambler relating risk factors. On the other hand, the biggest effect size relating protection factors is respectively self esteem, self control and emotional bond among family members. The mean effect size of protection factors were bigger than the risk factors. Moreover, the analysis result of moderating effects regarding difference according to risk and protection factors is presented.
