본 연구의 목적은 김포북부권역 김포시북부노인복지관을 이용하는 이용자를 중심으로 3개년 이용만족에 대한 만족요인을 분석하여 서비스품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 김포시에 거주하는 김포시북부노인복지관을 3개월 이상 이용한 만60세 이상 남녀노인으로 2015년부터 2017년까지 총1,315명이었다. 사용된 측정도구는 서울복지재단이 개발한 2008년 사회복지시설 이용자만족도 측정모형 구축 및 표준화된 측정도구(CSI-SW)이다. 자료분석을 위한 통계기법은 SPSS Windows 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 세 가지로 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질은 이용자 만족도에 높은 상관관계가 있으며, 성과품질이 이용자 만족에 핵심적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성과품질은 재이용의사와 신규추천의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 복지관에 대한 신뢰도와 인식도는 이용자 만족에 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 노인복지관에서 제공하고 있는 노인복지서비스의 만족은 이용자 개인의 삶에 얼마나 영향을 주었는지에 대한 효과성을 확인했다는데 의의가 있다. 이는 복지관이 지역에 기여한다는 인식에 영향을 준다는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of 3 - year use satisfaction with users of the senior welfare center in northern Kimpo city. The subjects of this study were 1,315 elderly people aged 60 years or older who were using Kimpo City s senior welfare center in Kimpo city for three months or longer from 2015 to 2017. The measurement tool used was the CSI-SW (Standardized Measuring Tool), which was developed by the Seoul Welfare Foundation in 2008. Statistical methods for data analysis were frequency analysis, crossover analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Windows 20.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. First, service quality has a high correlation with user satisfaction, and performance quality has a key effect on user satisfaction. Second, the quality of performance showed a correlation between re - intention and new recommendation. Third, reliability and awareness of welfare centers are important factors for user satisfaction. This implies that the welfare institution affects the perception that it contributes to the community. The implications and limitations of these findings are discussed
