본 연구의 목적은 중학생들의 내현적 자기애와 SNS 중독경향성간의 관계에서 거부민감성의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 경북 00시에 소재한 중학교 학생 460명을 대상으로 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독 경향성, 거부민감성 설문을 실시하였다. 가설검증은 SPSS 23.0과 SPSS 매크로 프로그램을 활용해 자료를 분석하였다. 기술 통계 분석, 빈도 분석, 상관 분석, 계층적 회귀 분석 및 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 내현적 자기애, SNS 중독경향성, 거부민감성 간에 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애는 SNS 중독경향성에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 거부민감성은 내현적 자기애와 SNS 중독경향성간의 관계에 부분적인 매개 효과가 있었다. 이 연구는 중학생들의 내현적 자기애가 SNS 중독경향성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 중학생들의 내현적 자기애와 SNS 중독경향성간의 관계에 거부민감성이 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 향후 연구에 대한 사항을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of rejection sensitivity relationship between covert narcissism and SNS addiction tendency in middle school students. For the purpose, the covert narcissism, SNS addiction tendency, rejection sensitivity questionnaires were administered to 460 students from middle schools located in Gumi city, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the collected data were, for hypothesis test, analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and SPSS macro program. The hypothetical model was tested by using descriptive statistics analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and bootstrapping. The results are as follows: First, there were significant association among the covert narcissism, SNS addiction tendency, rejection sensitivity. Second, the covert narcissism had direct effect on SNS addiction tendency. Third, the rejection sensitivity had partial mediating effect on relationship between covert narcissism and SNS addiction tendency. This study shows that the covert narcissism has effect on SNS addiction tendency in middie school students. It was also verified that the rejection sensitivity have partial mediating effects, on relationship between covert narcissism and SNS addiction tendency in middle school students. The limitation of the study and recommendations for future studies are discussed based on these results.
