Folk tales have developed along with the nation by repeating the process of succession and creation in the life of the people and the long history. For this reason, nationalistic emotion, ideology, customs, values view, world view, and life view are literally shaped in the folk tales. In traditional society, folk tales have not only recreational functions but also educational functions that convey knowledge systems. They are also newly recognized narrative literatures because they have deepened the depth of human thought. In addition, because the folk tales is a story that is spoken by words, it has a simple yet well-structured structure, and its expression is not complicated and has been widely and widely enjoyed based on this structure and expression. And it contains the protoplasm of human thought and psychology, and became the mother of modern narrative literature. In this way, the folk tales is useful and rich in materials for healing writing because it contains the interests of human life, conflicts and Problem Situation, and problems and anxieties to be solved in them. Therefore, Considering these aspects, this researcher proposes a healing writing method using the folk tales for middle school students. In other words, focusing on healing writing for middle school students, we review and reconstruct the healing writing methods that utilize its value, meaning and folktale on the basis of previous research.
