The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the roles of childcare centers and childcare teachers, thus contributing to the improvement of childcare teacher’s organizational commitment and teaching creativity and providing basic data on the development of childcare. For the study, the data of 363 respondents were finally used in study analysis, except insincere responses. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Study findings are as follows: First, as for the relationship between childcare center’s creative
competence and childcare teacher’s organizational commitment, all the sub-variables of childcare center’s creative competence were significantly correlated with childcare teacher’s organizational commitment. Second, carried out after establishing childcare center’s creative competence as an independent variable and childcare teacher’s organizational commitment as a dependent variable, presented that leadership, a sub-variable of creative competence, had significant effect on the 3 sub-variables of organizational commitment, Third, regarding the relationship between childcare center’s creative competence and childcare teacher’s teaching creativity, there were significantly positive correlations in the cognitive area and the personality area. Fourth, the result of multiple regression analysis, carried out after establishing childcare center’s creative competence as an independent variable and childcare teacher’s teaching creativity as a dependent variable, presented that diversity and autonomy has significant effect, whereas leadership’s statistical significance was not confirmed.
