In this study, the concept of partnership was discussed by sharing objective and outcomes and creating new values, and the characteristics and meaning of partnership were discussed in terms of system. Based on this, a qualitative case study was conducted to examine how companies and gifted art education institutes establish art education partnership through which communication and interaction. As a result of the study, art education partnership does not take place linearly around a fixed objective. It was found that it is the process of creating a common objective in the steps of recognizing the objective while persuading , making a common objective while making adjustments , and giving meaning to the objective from student experience . Therefore, as a research implication, first, efforts and processes to share awareness to create objective together with an open attitude, rather than a clear set objective, are the key to successful partnerships. Second, it can be seen that it is important to create conditions for participants to gradually become subjective at each location.
