In order to extract the Q-sample statement, an open questionnaire for 70 mothers with infants and toddlers from which five target group interviews (FGI) were conducted to form 153 initial statements, the statements were grouped into categories and compressed into 52 overlapping content. Finally, 31 statements with the highest discrimination-power and validity were obtained through the review of two researchers and one Ph.D. related to Q methodologies. 50 mothers were selected as P sample and Q-sorting was performed on a 7-point scale. The collected data was analyzed through the QUANL-Program, and the perception of child rearing during the Corona crisis was classified into four types. Type 1 child development anxiety type, type 2 stress-weighted type, type 3 telephone consolation preparation type, and type 4 reality adaptation satisfaction type were found. Based on this research, we have identified the types of child rearing and the characteristics of each type during the Covid pandemic that mothers perceive, and it is meaningful to provide basic data for safe systems and environmental measures to cope with the prolonged and generalized Covid pandemic.
