본 연구의 목적은 토픽모델링과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 국내 괸리자 코칭리더십 연구 동향을 살펴보고 향후 발전적 연구 수행 방향성을 모색해 보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2020년 10월까지 국내 학술등재지(KCI)에 수록된 관리자 코칭리더십 관련 총 131편의 학술논문을 선정하였다. 이 연구물의 초록을 대상으로 키워드 전처리 작업을 거쳐 최종 1,142개의 키워드를 추출하였다. 이 키워드들을 바탕으로 NetMiner Ver.4를 활용한 키워드 빈도분석, 시기별 키워드분석, 단어쌍의 동시출현 빈도분석을 수행하였다. 또한 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 코칭리더십관련 연결중심성이 높은 주요 키워드들을 추출하였다. 마지막으로 토픽모델링 분석을 활용하여 8개의 토픽그룹(스포츠 분야에서의 피드백, 보육교사의 조직몰입, 자기효능감 및 혁신행동, 회복탄력성 향상을 위한 매개효과 연구, 자기효능감을 통한 직무성과 향상, 이직의도 및 조직몰입 개선, 코칭자신감을 통한 심리적 임파워먼트, 진성리더십 및 팀 운영)을 도출하였고 각 토픽간 네트워크 구조를 시각화하였으며 이를 통해 코칭리더십의 학문적 발전을 위한 방향성 검토와 후속연구에 대한 제언을 진행하였다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the trends of domestic managerial coaching leadership research by using topic modeling and keyword network analysis, and to seek directions for future developmental research. To this end, a total of 131 academic papers related to managerial coaching leadership, which were published in the Korean Journal of Academic Registration (KCI), were selected by October 2020. The final 1,142 keywords were extracted through keyword pre-processing for the abstract of this study. Based on these keywords, a keyword frequency analysis using NetMiner Ver.4, keyword analysis by period, and simultaneous occurrence frequency analysis of word pairs were performed. In addition, through keyword network analysis, key keywords with high degree centrality related to coaching leadership were extracted. Finally, using topic modeling analysis, eight topic groups(Feedback in the field of sports, organizational commitment of childcare teachers, self-efficacy and innovative behavior, research on mediating effects for improving resilience, improvement of job performance through self-efficacy, improvement of turnover intention and organizational commitment, psychological empowerment through coaching confidence, authentic leadership and team operation) were drawn, the network structure between each topic was visualized, and through this, the direction for academic development of coaching leadership was reviewed and suggestions for follow-up research were suggested.
