The purpose of this study is to examine the trends of domestic managerial coaching leadership research by using topic modeling and keyword network analysis, and to seek directions for future developmental research. To this end, a total of 131 academic papers related to managerial coaching leadership, which were published in the Korean Journal of Academic Registration (KCI), were selected by October 2020. The final 1,142 keywords were extracted through keyword pre-processing for the abstract of this study. Based on these keywords, a keyword frequency analysis using NetMiner Ver.4, keyword analysis by period, and simultaneous occurrence frequency analysis of word pairs were performed. In addition, through keyword network analysis, key keywords with high degree centrality related to coaching leadership were extracted. Finally, using topic modeling analysis, eight topic groups(Feedback in the field of sports, organizational commitment of childcare teachers, self-efficacy and innovative behavior, research on mediating effects for improving resilience, improvement of job performance through self-efficacy, improvement of turnover intention and organizational commitment, psychological empowerment through coaching confidence, authentic leadership and team operation) were drawn, the network structure between each topic was visualized, and through this, the direction for academic development of coaching leadership was reviewed and suggestions for follow-up research were suggested.
