Artificial intelligence, which has recently begun to be actively researched, is causing innovation by being applied to various industries. A number of social problems caused by the aging phenomenon are issuing worldwide. In particular, artificial intelligence has been applied to healthcare for the older adults to improve their quality of life. Therefore, this paper outlined the background of artificial intelligence-related technologies applied to the healthcare field, as well as the research on the field of senile diseases and artificial intelligence healthcare for older adults. Establishing the development direction of the healthcare field in which artificial intelligence is applied in an aging society, technical, ethical, and financial issues were considered in the final part of this paper.
