본 연구는 유아·놀이중심교육을 위한 유치원 안과 밖의 학습공동체 경험을 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교직 경력 1~30년 사이의 29명의 유치원 교원이 학습공동체 활동과 실천에 대한 의미를 부여하고자 작성했던 이야기 텍스트를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 학습공동체가 이루어지는 양상을 살펴보면, 교원들은 자신의 처한 상황과 배경에 따른 다양한 유형과 방식으로 학습공동체에 참여하고 있었다. 둘째, 교원들은 이전의 학습공동체의 경험에서 인식하고 느낀 학습공동체의 그림자 부분을 인식하면서, 학습공동체가 성공적으로 자리매김하는데 있어서 필요한 디딤돌의 요인을 적극적으로 반영하고 있었다. 이 연구는 유치원 내와 밖의 학습공동체가 이루어지는 양상을 파악할 수 있었고, 학습공동체가 성공적으로 정착하는데 기초 자료를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of learning communities within and outside kindergartens that practice early childhood and play-oriented education. Accordingly, story texts written by 29 kindergarten teachers having one to 30 years of experience were analyzed to provide meaning to learning community activities and practices. First, the analysis found that the teachers were proactively engaging with learning communities depending on their situation and background. Second, the teachers attempted to actively reflect the success factors in order to overcome the difficulties of the learning community. The study is meaningful in that it could identify the aspects of learning communities within and outside kindergartens, and provide basic data for the learning community to successfully settle down.
