본 연구는『행동분석·지원연구』2014년 창간호부터 2019년 12월호까지 학술지 발행 현황, 학술지 활용성 및 체계성, 학술지 질적 향상 노력 등을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학술지 발행 편수와 게재 논문 수는 창간 이후 지속하여 증가하였고, 수록 논문의 내용과 연구 방법이 학술지 주제와 완전히 부합한다. 그러나 연구 참여 저자의 지역 분포적인 측면에서는 투고원(投稿源)을 넓히는 노력이 요구된다. 둘째, 학술지의 활용성과 체계성 측면에서 게재 논문 접근성이 높고, 학술지 인용 지수와 논문집 구성 및 체계성 등이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 학술논문 온라인출판 표준규격(JATS) 도입을 고려하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 온라인 관리 시스템 활용, 심사 절차의 엄정성, 연구윤리 강화 등 학술지의 질적 향상 노력이 활발히 수행되었으나, 향후 인간 대상 연구 활동에 대한 윤리 교육 강화와 IRB 요구 절차가 필요하다. 마지막으로 본 연구는『행동분석·지원연구』의 전문 학술지로서 지향해야 할 활용성, 체계성, 윤리성 및 학술적 가치를 재조명하고, 향후 학술지의 발전 방향성을 논의하였다.
This study analyzed the current status of the publication of『Journal of Behavior Analysis and Support』from the first issue of 2014 to the December issue of 2019, the utilization and systematic nature of the journals, and the efforts to improve the quality of the journals. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, the publication performance of the journal has steadily improved since its inception, and the contents and methods of the paper are completely in line with the subject matter of the journal. However, the efforts are required to expand the contribution source in the future. Second, it was found that the accessibility of published papers was high in terms of the usability and systemicity of the journal, and the citation index of the journal and the composition and organization of the journal were good. It will be necessary to consider introducing a standard (JATS) for online publishing of academic papers. Third, efforts to improve the quality of the journals have been actively made in view of the performance of online management systems, strictness of screening procedures, activities to strengthen research ethics, and holding workshops and conferences. However, it is believed that calls for strengthening ethical education and IRB approval for human research activities are needed. This study was meaningful in that it provided effective information on the utilization, system, ethics, and academic values to be pursued as a professional journal, and also provided an opportunity to discuss the future direction of the journal s development.
