본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정유아 지도에 대한 유아교사의 직무스트레스를 알아보고, 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 경기도 소재의 어린이집에 근무 중인 현직 유아교사 344명을 대상으로 진행하였고, 연구문제 2는 유아교사 344명 중 현재 다문화가정의 유아를 지도하는 유아교사 163명을 대상으로 하였다. 그에 따른 결과, 유아교사의 직무스트레스는 환경스트레스가 가장 높았으며 이는, 유아교사에 대한 낮은 사회적 인식이 스트레스 요인으로 나타났다. 또한, 다문화가정유아 지도 여부에 상관없이 모든 유아교사는 근무시간에 교사의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구는 유아교사의 직무스트레스 요인을 규명하여 유아교육 현장에서 발생되는 직무스트레스 감소에 활용하고자 한다.
The purpose of this study is to find out the job stress of preschool teachers on the guidance of multicultural family preschoolers, and to identify the factors affecting job stress. Participants of the study include 163 preschool teachers who currently teach preschoolers from multicultural families out of the 344 preschool teachers working at daycare centers in Gyeonggi-do Province, The results show that the job stress of preschool teachers was the highest in the category of environmental stress, which is a result of low social awareness of preschool teachers. In addition, it was found that all preschool teachers, regardless of whether or not they teach preschoolers from multicultural families are affected by teachers job stress during working hours. The contribution of the study is identifying the job stress factors of preschool teachers to apply them for reducing the job stress in preschool settings.
