The aims of this article is to seek a scheme that can utilize VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) technology for meditation education. At the outset, I will find the basis to utilize VR and AR for meditation education. This is an approach from three perspectives. Firstly, I will see examples of inducing similar meditation experiences through apparatus. Secondly, I will examines the possibility that a special ability of the synesthesia can be implemented via AR. Finaly, i will see exaples of that IoT (Internet of Things) and VR programs are used for sports training. Then I will explore VR and AR s meditation training method in earnest. The theme being considered is the observation mediation on the breathing and the body, the practice of contemplation of the bodys foulness, the experience of santati (the continuous flow of beings), the speed control device for the routine practice, the Avatar, responsive to electroencephalogram measurement, and the Artificial Intelligence Guru.
