가족관계에서 상대의 심정을 안다면 갈등을 줄일 수 있다. 통일교는 심정일치를 중요시하고 심정문화세계, 인류대가족의 이상을 가지고 있다. 심정의 개념 이해와 심정교육의 중요성은 강조되어 왔으나 심정체휼은 쉽게 경험하도록 교육하기 어려웠다. 본 연구자의 대리자를 통한 심정체휼교육의 새로운 모색은 버트 헬링거(Bert Hellinger)의 가족치료 방법인 가족세우기의 내용을 새롭게 적용하여 마련하였다. 가족세우기의 형태장, 공명, 앎의 장, 대리인의 역할 등의 내용을 이해한 터 위에 부모와 자녀, 부부와 형제자매 등의 가족관계와 나와 하나님(신, 부처님) 등의 심정을 체휼하도록 한다. 가족세우기 장에서 의뢰인과 대리인을 세워 아무런 의도 없이 기다리면 의뢰인은 의뢰인대로, 대리인은 대리인대로 그 사람의 심정을 몸으로 공명하여 진동하고, 느낌으로 받아들여 상대방의 심정을 체휼하는 방법을 교육하는 것이다. 이 방법은 공감과는 다르게 의도없이 본질적인 자기에 공명하므로 쉽고 빠르게 온몸과 마음으로 심정체휼하기에 가족관계나 하나님과의 관계가 개선되게 하는 탁월한 방법이다. 있는 그대로 존중하면서 의도없이 있으면서 갑자기 찾아오는 공명에 따른 심정체휼교육은 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 앞으로 질적 연구나 양적연구를 통해 보다 심도 깊은 심정체휼방법을 모색하면 많은 사람관계의 변화에 크게 영향을 줄 것이다.
The Unification Movement emphasizes God-centered unity of heart, and contains the ideology of the ‘heart culture world’ as well as the ‘humankind family’. The importance of understanding the definition of ‘heart’ and ‘heart educating’ about this subject has been noted, yet it has been difficult to educate individuals to experience how to empathize with ‘heart’. Based on the new technique of family therapy in ‘Family constellations’ through the use of an ‘agent’, new light has been shed in the field of education for empathizing with ‘heart’. Based on one’s understanding of the concepts in ‘Family constellations’ such as field of figures, resonance, role of the agent, one can empathize with the feelings and emotions involved in family relations between parents and children, and spouse and silbings-as well as God’s ‘heart’. Setting up the main character and the agent and waiting without explicit intentions allow resonance and vibration for each individual, and further enable empathizing with each other’s heart. This method facilitates smooth and convenient bodily and emotional empathy that can further enable experiencing of the ‘heart’ of family relations and God’s feelings. In the future, conducting qualitative and quantitative research to find out more profound ways of empathizing with ‘heart’ will likely transform people’s relations.
