본 연구는 발달지연 청소년이 타인(자)과의 상호작용을 어떻게 지각하고 의미화 하는지를 치료놀이의 맥락과 내부자의 관점에서 파악하려고 한 현상학적 사례연구이다. 본 연구는 발달지연 청소년의 치료놀이 상호작용의 맥락을 상호주관적 관점으로 이해하고 상호작용의 특성을 파악하여 발달지연 청소년의 욕구에 더 적합한 상호작용 환경을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 성호르몬의 변화 및 감정조절의 어려움을 겪는 한 발달지연 청소년의 치료놀이 접근을 통해 치료놀이 상호작용의 맥락과 특성을 살펴 청소년의 긍정적 변화를 돕는 상호작용이 어떻게 구성되는지를 천착하였다. 질적 연구의 지향인 실험적 접근으로 수행된 본 연구는 상호작용이 ‘행위와 행위의 교환’, ‘행위와 반응의 연속’, ‘몸과 살의 교차’라는 개념과 연결 지어 상호주관적 관점에서 발달지연 청소년과 치료사가 각각 주체가 되어 기술되었다. 치료놀이 상황에서 각 주체의 행위, 반응, 몸, 살이 어떻게 구성되고 해체되고 다시 구성되며 또 해체되느냐에 따라 그 상호작용의 맥락과 특성을 이해할 수 있었다. 치료놀이 상호작용의 맥락은 치료놀이에서 많이 하는 7가지 활동들을 중심으로 발달지연 청소년의 입장, 치료사의 입장을 각기 1인칭으로 기술하였다. 같은 치료놀이 활동을, 각기 다른 주체의 관점에 따라 함께 구성하는 상호작용의 맥락을 통해 발달지연 청소년의 상호작용 특성을 파악하였다. 그 결과, 치료놀이 상호작용은 ‘함께 있는 상태’에서 하는 ‘조율의 과정’이었다. 더불어 치료사와 청소년 간 상호주체적 만남의 지속적인 교차였다. 발달지연 청소년의 심리치료적 상호작용에서는 ‘경계짓기’와 ‘재미’ 역시 중요한 의미를 지녔다.
This study is a phenomenological case study about Theraplay？？ interaction of a developmentally delayed adolescent. It has been conducted from the participant s perspective in the context of Theraplay？？. This study aimed to build a better environment for the developmentally delayed adolescent based on the deep understanding of him who has suffered from hormone change and emotion-regulation through intersubjectivity between the adolescent and the therapist. According to new trends in qualitative methodologies, this experimental study has been conducted. It also analyzed and interpreted by the notions of interaction like exchange of action-action , sequences of action-reaction-action , chiasma between Leib and corps after the thick description of Theraplay？？ with the adolescent and the therapist. Especially the interactions between the adolescent and the therapist have been revealed based on seven activities of Theraplay？？ from the subjective perspective. The results of Theraplay？？ context and distinctions are below. Theraplay？？ interaction means attune process condition of being with. Moreover, repeated chiasma of intersubjectivity. Also, building boundaries and fun for the developmentally delayed adolescent is very significant.
