The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of use of customized care for the elderly, which integrates six care services for the elderly living in the local community, and to suggest improvement plans. The usage status was analyzed using the data surveyed by the Gyeonggi Welfare Foundation from June 3 to 15, 2021. As a result of the analysis, 26.9% of the users were male and 73.1% of the female users, and the elderly living alone were 85.6%. The most frequently used services over the past year were visit safety support (98.1%), telephone safety support (97.9%), and housekeeping support (96.1%) in that order. . As for the behavioral status of the focus group of the senior care service tailored to the elderly, it was analyzed that there was a difference in the degree of need for help of the focus group, with 8.3% needing full help, 56.4% needing help, and 35.3% being able to become self-reliant. Therefore, in this study, segmentation according to the care needs of the focus groups and provision of services according to the need for care were suggested, and education and detailed manuals for care workers were suggested. This study is limited to Gyeonggi-do, and it is necessary to prepare a project improvement plan through nationwide analysis to resolve geographical limitations.
