본 연구의 목적은 기존의 지역사회에 거주하는 노인을 위한 6개 돌봄서비스를 통합한 노인맞춤돌봄서비스의 이용현황을 분석하고 개선방안을 제안하는 것이다. 경기복지재단에서 2021년 6월 3일~15일 동안 설문조사한 데이터를 활용하여 이용현황을 분석하였다. 분석결과 이용자는 남성이 26.9%, 여성이73.1%였으며 독거노인은 85.6%로 분석되었다. 지난 1년간 많이 이용한 서비스는 방문안전지원(98.1%), 전화안전지원(97.9%), 가사지원(96.1%) 순으로 제공되었으며 전담사회복지사가 필요하다고 생각하는 서비스는 방문 안전지원이 84.2%였다. 노인맞춤돌봄서비스의 중점돌봄군의 거동상태는 완전도움필요가 8.3%, 도움필요가 56.4%, 자립가능 35.3%로 중점돌봄군의 도움 필요 정도에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중점돌봄군의 돌봄필요도에 따른 세분화, 돌봄필요도에 따른 서비스 제공을 제안하였으며, 돌봄종사자를 위한 교육과 세부적 매뉴얼 마련을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 경기도에 한정한 분석으로 지리적 한계를 해소하기 위한 전국 차원의 분석을 통한 사업 개선 방안 마련이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of use of customized care for the elderly, which integrates six care services for the elderly living in the local community, and to suggest improvement plans. The usage status was analyzed using the data surveyed by the Gyeonggi Welfare Foundation from June 3 to 15, 2021. As a result of the analysis, 26.9% of the users were male and 73.1% of the female users, and the elderly living alone were 85.6%. The most frequently used services over the past year were visit safety support (98.1%), telephone safety support (97.9%), and housekeeping support (96.1%) in that order. . As for the behavioral status of the focus group of the senior care service tailored to the elderly, it was analyzed that there was a difference in the degree of need for help of the focus group, with 8.3% needing full help, 56.4% needing help, and 35.3% being able to become self-reliant. Therefore, in this study, segmentation according to the care needs of the focus groups and provision of services according to the need for care were suggested, and education and detailed manuals for care workers were suggested. This study is limited to Gyeonggi-do, and it is necessary to prepare a project improvement plan through nationwide analysis to resolve geographical limitations.
