The purpose of this study is to present strategies for gender equality in physical education class from a gender perspective by analyzing previous studies related to physical education classes aimed at gender equality so far. Focusing on strategies for gender equality in physical education classes in an integrated male and female education environment, three research participants reviewed academic literature published from 1999 to 2021 using academic data services for two weeks from August 2 to August 15, 2021. As a result, strategies that teachers can use in class for gender equality in physical education classes are presented by dividing them into contents, methods, and assessment. Specifically, the following categories were created under the aforementioned three strategies: selection of content without prior experience and alternative physical education content ; direction and student-oriented class direction ; and assessment method considering individual differences and use various assessment methods.
