This study was conducted to find ways to improve the care service through the experiences of providers and clients who used the ‘emergency care project’ designed to secure the life of the vulnerable in the COVID-19 situation. For this purpose, ‘in-depth interview’ and ‘content analysis’ were conducted with providers and Clients of ‘emergency care service’ respectively. As a result of the analysis, the experience of service providers was presented in a total of 6 major categories and 16 medium categories. The experience of service users was presented in a total of 4 major categories and 12 medium categories. Based on the results, it was suggested to improve the care service that can improve the satisfaction of emergency care service users and improve the human rights and treatment of service providers in the future, such as a pandemic.
