This study discusses the effect on adjustment of Chinese students by developing empathy through dance by Chinese and Korean students based on their understanding of mirror neurons and embodied empathy. An experiential empathy model theory that empathy should be viewed as a physical experience that goes beyond discussion mainly on counseling and psychology, as well as the theoretical foundation that is important for empathy theory and dance education in that it uses folk dances with cultures and emotions from both countries. Based on the hypothesis that this research will be a process for learning and understanding each other s culture through the opportunity to meet the folk dance of the two countries, we will present the role and practice of dance education in the exchange of international culture and the successful study life of Chinese students and justify the need for dance education. This will positively contribute to attracting Chinese students by increasing the satisfaction of interpersonal relationships through empathy to Chinese students and consequently increasing the satisfaction of college life.
