The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship among the recognition of respect for the rights of children, the implementation of respect for the rights of children, and the teacher-child interaction. Data from 400 teachers who works on the childcare center and kindergarten in Seoul was collected Google Form Program. The data analysis was performed correlation analysis, and path analysis with structural equation model by using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of analyzing the structural relationship among the recognition of respect for children's rights, the implementation of respect for the rights of children, and the teacher-child interaction, the recognition of respect for children's rights effected of on the implementation of respect for the rights of children, and the implementation of respect for the rights of children effected highly of on the teacher-child interaction. However, It was found that the recognition of respect for children's rights effected a low of on the teacher-child interaction. Since there was a limit to enhancing the effect of teacher-child interaction, and the implementation of respect for the rights of children was found to be a very important effect on the teacher-child interaction. And the results suggest that it is an educational method that accompanies childcare that respects the rights of children.
