This study investigated the effect on physical education satisfaction, adaptation to school life, and stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, this study surveyed 231 elementary school students in Gyeonggi-do. Descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and independent sample T tests have been executed for the purposes of data analysis, using IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a statistically significant difference between satisfaction with school physical education classes and school life adaptation, according to whether the students participated in extracurricular sports activities. Among sub-factors, anxiety and alienation excluding fiction were statistically significant. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in satisfaction with physical education classes according to the gender of the respondent, but there were no differences in school life adaptation and stress. Third, according to the type of extracurricular sports activity, statistically significant differences were found only in the school rules, which are sub-factors for adaptation to school life.
