Collaboration and communication are the most required competencies for future students, and the expression of creativity through collaboration and communication is also very important in terms of national competitiveness. The need for research on group creativity was derived by reflecting the current status of education, future predictions, and trends in creativity research. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the concept of group creativity based on the interactionist model and to analyze the effect of interaction between learners in the expression learning process on the creative performance of the group. By conducting an action research on high school students as research participants, it was examined how the interaction between learners was reflected in the creative performance of the group in the process of expression learning. To this end, educational implications were proposed by synthesizing the interaction between learners in design learning, qualitative interpretation of the practice results, and the instructor s record and reflection. Through this study, it was found that interaction between learners is important in increasing the esthetic in the process of implementing the results.
