Currently, the franchise industry occupies a large part of our daily life. Numerous brands and franchisees are emerging and are continuously expanding. However, in the franchise industry, there are many companies that are not based on sound business ethics. Only franchisees that can fulfill their ethical responsibilities can gain the respect of society and succeed in competition. In addition, ethical management can earn continuous trust from the market. In this study, based on the successful cases of ethical management of franchisors, it helps franchisees to introduce ethical management systems and find strategic methods.
