본 연구는 미술과 교육과정에서의 최소 성취수준에 대해 고찰하여 미술과 교육과정에서 논해지는 최소 성취수준의 의미를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 최소 성취수준이라는 용어가 상용된 고교학점제에서의 최소 성취수준 보장 지도, 최소 성취수준과 비슷하게 최소한의 성취기준을 언급한 기초학력 보장 종합계획에서의 기초학력 보장 지도에서 관련 의미를 살펴보고, 2022 개정 교육과정 10개 교과에서 언급된 최소 성취수준의 용어를 탐색하였다. 그 결과 국어과와 미술과만이 공통 교육과정에서도 최소 성취수준을 언급하고 있었으며, 미술과의 최소 성취수준은 학습격차 해결, 안내, 개별진단, 맞춤형 관리, 적절한 교수학습, 온오프라인 보충학습의 키워드로 정리해 볼 수 있었다. 이는 단지 고교학점제가 언급하는 이수 기준을 넘어 보편적인 학습의 모두를 위한 포용성을 보여준다고 파악되었다. 미술과 역시 성취도를 논해야 하는 교과목이 분명하기에 최소 성취수준의 개념을 통하여 미술에서의 학습에 관한 논의가 더 확장되어야 한다. 또한 현장에서의 의미 있는 적용을 위하여 최소 성취수준과 관련된 기준이나 예시자료가 널리 보급되어야 한다.
This study aims to examine the meaning of the minimum achievement level discussed in the art curriculum. For this purpose, the minimum achievement level in The high school credit system and The comprehensive plan to guarantee basic education were examined. In addition, the terms of the minimum level of achieve-ment mentioned in the 10 subjects of the 2022 revised national curriculum were searched. As a result, only the Korean language and art mentioned the minimum achievement level in the common curriculum. The minimum achievement level of the art department could be summarized into keywords such as solving the learning gap, guidance, individual diagnosis, customized management, appropriate teaching and learning, and online and offline supplementary learning. The minimum achievement level in the art curriculum shows inclusivity for all of universal learning beyond the completion standards mentioned by the High school credit system. Since the art department is also a subject that should discuss achievement, the discussion on learning in art should be expanded further through the concept of the minimum level of achievement. In addition, standards or example data related to the minimum achievement level should be widely distributed for meaningful application in the field.
