본 연구의 목적은 2023년 올해 새롭게 고시된 인도의 ‘학교 교육을 위한 국가 교육과정 프레임워크 2023 (National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023)’ 문서 중 음악 교과가 포함된 예술교육과정 프레임워크를 탐색 및 분석함으로써, 한국의 음악과 교육과정에 대한 다양한 시사점을 고찰하는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 문헌연구방법을 활용하여 한국의 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정의 구성 요소에 따라 ‘문서체제’, ‘역량’, ‘성격 및 목표’, ‘내용 체계 및 성취기준’, ‘교수⋅학습 및 평가’ 등의 항목을 중심으로 인도의 교육과정 문서를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 항목별 특징 및 한국의 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정과의 차이점 등을 제시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 한국의 음악과 교육과정 설계 방식 및 내용과 관련된 시사점을 도출하였다.
The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the arts curriculum framework, including music subjects, in India's newly announced 'National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023', in order to examine various implications for Korea's music curriculum. For this purpose, this paper utilizes a literature research method to examine India’s curriculum documents, focusing on items such as 'document structure', 'competency', 'rationale and aims', 'content system and achievement standards' and ‘teaching & learning and assessment’ according to the components of Korea's 2022 revised music curriculum. As a result of the analysis, the characteristics of each item and the differences with Korea's 2022 revised music curriculum were presented, and based on this, implications related to the design method and content of Korea's music curriculum were derived.
