This study aimed to explore the possibility of using road drawings as an alternative to counsel child abusers. The research used road drawings to examine changes in each session. In this study, three child abusers were selected as participants for a multi-case study. Then, counseling using road drawings were conducted once a week from December 2022 to February 2023. The data collected by the qualitative case study method were analyzed, and the results were as follows. First, the road drawings was easy to introduce for counseling and simple and allowed to find factors that affected their past life Second, it approached the theme of road, and as the session continued, more detailed and in-depth stories continued. Third, the life journey of child abusers was delicately embodied in various colors. Fourth, the negative emotions that remained trauma were expressed through metaphors and symbols in the road drawings. Fifth, PDI questions helped child abusers' self-insight. The results of the study were that counseling using road drawings allowed child abusers to spend time facing their abyss and was useful for understanding the other side of their unconsciousness. Based on these findings, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
