This study conducted in-depth interviews with eight elementary school parents to examine the positive aspects of non-face-to-face online classes during the COVID-19 period experienced by elementary school parents. As a result of the study, the study participants experienced the advantages of non-face-to-face online classes, such as the efficient use of time and children’s extensive indirect experiences through various online contents, as well as the growth of future generations. In addition, in the stable space of home, children in the first grade of elementary school or transferred easily adapted to school and parents’ influence on their children’s education was expanded, and non-face-to-face online classes were positively recognized. Through the results of these studies, the appearance of parents with purposeful judgment, sensitive sensitivity and practical skills for education, and the need for blended learning were suggested as implications.
