학교 현장성 제고를 위한 교원양성기관의 발전과 교직과목에 대한 개편 논의가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 교육대 교직과목에 대해 관련 집단이 생각하는 학교 현장성은 무엇인지 개념을 탐색해 보고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 대상은 교직과목 운영에 관심을 갖고 있는 집단인 교원양성기관의 교수들이 소속한 전문학회와 교원양성기관의 학생인 예비교사, 교육청, 교직단체, 교사로 선정하였다. 해당 기관에 의뢰하여 토론자를 추천받아 교직과목 교육과정 개편에 대한 토론회를 진행하였고 학교 현장성과 관련된 토론을 진행한 토론자와 각 전문학회가 제출한 포지션 페이퍼를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학교 현장성은 졸업 후 5년 이내 교사의 역할에 초점을 맞춰 양성하고 있으며 장기적인 직무나 역할은 현장 경험을 통해 발전시켜갈 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 교직과목 현장성 강화 목표 달성에 필요한 상위체제(기반 조건, 간접 요인)와 하위체제(직접 요인)를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 교직과목 학교 현장성 강화를 위해서는 교직과목 운영 체제가 제대로 만들어져야 한다. 교직과목 운영 체제의 하위 요소는 교과목과 교수요목, 교수자, 지원체제가 있다. 또한 이 체제가 의도한 바대로 운영되는지 여부를 평가하고 목적 달성을 담보할 평가인증체제가 있다. 이와 함께 교직과목에 영향을 미치는 상위체제 즉, 교원양성체제와 임용체제도 현장성 강화 논의에서 중요하게 다뤄져야할 것이다.
The purpose of this research is to navigate the concept of scool field that scholars of related academic societies, teachers organizations, current students of teachers training institutions, and incumbent teachers are thinking about. The groups that are interested in the operation of teaching courses are classified as professional associations belonging to professors of teacher training institutions, students of teachers training institutions, education offices, teachers, teaching organizations. Research participants who were commissioned by the institute to be recommended and those who met the conditions of recommendation were selected by the Korean Education Association. The study found that education field is also closely related to the expectations of the state, education offices, schools, parents, students, and communities for teachers. It also focuses on the role of teachers within five years of graduation and suggests that long-term tasks or roles can be developed through field experience.
