The purpose of this research is to navigate the concept of scool field that scholars of related academic societies, teachers organizations, current students of teachers training institutions, and incumbent teachers are thinking about. The groups that are interested in the operation of teaching courses are classified as professional associations belonging to professors of teacher training institutions, students of teachers training institutions, education offices, teachers, teaching organizations. Research participants who were commissioned by the institute to be recommended and those who met the conditions of recommendation were selected by the Korean Education Association. The study found that education field is also closely related to the expectations of the state, education offices, schools, parents, students, and communities for teachers. It also focuses on the role of teachers within five years of graduation and suggests that long-term tasks or roles can be developed through field experience.
