The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among Principal s Authentic Leadership, Organization Trust, and School Organizational Effectiveness. To examine this study, based on questionnaires, which were collected from 763 teachers in Busan, Ulsan and Kyungsang-Namdo, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and Structural Equation Analysis were executed. The result is that Principal s Authentic Leadership showed the meaningful direct effects not on School Organizational Effectiveness, but on Organization Trust. Moreover, Organization Trust showed that it directly affects School Organizational Effectiveness and indirectly have an effect on School Organizational Effectiveness by fully-mediated Principal s Authentic Leadership. It means that Principal s Authentic Leadership can improve the School Organizational Effectiveness through the Organization Trust, which is a mediation variable. As the conclusion of this research, To enhance the School Organizational Effectiveness through the Authentic Leadership, it is required that First, the Authentic Leadership should be embodied by the trusts and respects of school members. And the positive values (Empathy, communication, engagement, etc.) that the sub-variables of Organization Trust have is proved to be necessary for educational activities. Second, In order for Head teachers and senior teachers to show their competences, their empowerment should be refined. In the back of this implementation and supporting general teachers, I suggest the Empowerment Leadership Education System to improve Academic achievement and School Satisfaction, boosting up teachers’ ef icacy.
