본 연구의 목적은 2019 개정 누리과정에서 유아교사가 유아의 ‘놀이를 통한 배움’을 어떻게 인식하고 있는가를 은유 분석을 통해 살펴봄에 있다. 이를 위하여, 부산지역의 유아교사 167명을 대상으로 2022년 3월 약 12일간 설문 자료를 수집하고, 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 유아교사가 인식한 놀이를 통한 배움은 11개의 하위범주로 나타났으며, 이는 다시 점진적으로 구성되는 배움, 지금-여기에서 지속되는 배움, 측정불가능한 잠재적 배움, 감각과 감성에 기반한 예술적 배움의 4개 상위범주로 유형화되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 유아교사의 놀이를 통한 배움의 인식 유형을 알아보고, 다양화된 배움의 논의를 살펴보았으며, 배움에 대한 긍정성과 동시에 보이지 않는 배움에 관한 불안을 함께 가짐을 논의하였다. 이와 같은 결과가 놀이를 통한 배움에 관한 교사교육 및 후속연구의 기초자료가 될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.
The purpose of this study is to examine through metaphorical analysis how early childhood teachers perceive 'learning through play' in early childhood in the process of implementing the 2019 National Nu-ri curriculum. For this purpose, survey data from 167 early childhood teachers in Busan were collected and analyzed for about 12 days in March 2022. As a result of the study, the "learning through play" perceived by early childhood teachers appeared in 11 subcategories. This subcategory has been further categorized into four subcategories: 'progressively constructed learning', 'learning that continues in the now-here', 'immeasurable potential learning' and 'artistic learning based on sensations and emotions'. Based on the results of the study, this study examined the perception type of 'learning through play' among early childhood teachers, looked at the discussion of diversified learning, and discussed the positivity of learning and anxiety about invisible learning at the same time. It is expected that these results will serve as a basis for teacher education and follow-up research on learning through play.
