According to Axel Honneth, a representative figure of the third generation of the Frankfurt School in Germany, an individual can achieve a complete sense of identity only when their attributes and characteristics are encouraged and supported by social interaction partners. Without prior recognition towards each other, we become indifferent to each other's personality and identity, viewing the other person as a mechanical and functional interaction target in instrumental understanding relationships. We have often treated the perception of the human as a 'personality' issue simplistically. Recognition must be needed. In order for individuals to dynamically communicate with others as unique personalities and to realize their identity in the process of holistic growth and development, a relationship of 'mutual recognition' must be formed among individuals, and an epistemological and methodological educational approach is necessary for this purpose. This study aims to form concept of mutual recognition education to establish a relationship of mutual recognition between students and students, as well as between students and teachers, which are the key social relationships in the classroom, by mediating the three recognition concepts of love, rights, and solidarity proposed by Honneth through social support. Therefore, within the phenomenological research, an analysis was conducted to determine whether Honneth's concepts of love, rights, and solidarity are systematically connected to social support through a systematic review. As a result, social support is another expression of 'recognition' and functions as a practical act of recognition in the concept of mutual recognition education by promoting positive self-perception in students through positive interaction with others in the context of positive self--recognition. This mutual recognition education is practiced by the 'will' of the subjects in the elementary school classroom, namely students and teachers, mediating emotional support, informational/instrumental support, and Appraisal support, which correspond to love, rights, and solidarity respectively in three dimensions of interpersonal relationship, learning activities, and classroom community. Conceptually, it forms positive self-recognition such as self-confidence, self-respect, and self-esteem.
